Demonstration House for National Housing Construction Company is a 1,200 square feet (or 112 square meters); three  bedrooms, two and one half bathrooms, kitchen with storage room, sitting room; front and rear veranda; over concrete slab on grade.

 

From start to finish construction was completed under 21 days.
